Order Cancellations

To cancel or change an order, please contact us at support@toogoodgear.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

 

  1. Before shipping: Full refund
  2. After shipping: Please follow our standard return process. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for return.

 

 

Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery if:

 

  1. You received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product
  2. The product does not match the description on our website
  3. You changed your mind (item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition; return shipping paid by customer)

Return Shipping Costs

  1. TooGoodGear covers return shipping if the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
  2. Customer covers return shipping for change-of-mind or preference-based returns.

 

Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

 

 

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.


Depending on your bank, funds may require 7–10 business days to appear.


You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed.

 

 

Undeliverable Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment.

Additional shipping fees may apply.


We will never cancel or forfeit an order without offering a resolution.

 

 

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
